Keitha Campeau A.R.C.T
Artistic Director
Born and raised in Vancouver, Keitha studied ballet for many years at the Kirkwood Academy of Performing Arts. She was a soloist in the Royal City Youth Ballet Company, and performed many principal roles in ballets such as The Nutcracker, Coppelia, and Cinderella. Keitha has been a principal teacher with Royal City Youth Ballet since 2013.
Keitha is also a classically trained singer with years of experience as a performer and teacher. She completed a two-year classical voice program at Capilano University under the tutelage of Arlene McIntyre and received her A.R.C.T. (Associate to the Royal Conservatory of Music) with Distinction. Keitha was a finalist in many competitions at the local and provincial levels. She had the privilege of performing in “Brigadoon” and “Guys and Dolls” with Royal City Musical Theatre, and “Patience” with the North Shore Light Opera.
In 2009, Keitha opened the Northwest Academy of Performing Arts in New Westminster, B.C. She was the owner and director of the studio, and head of the musical theatre program from 2009-2019. In addition to her current role with Royal City Youth Ballet, Keitha teaches Royal Academy of Dance (R.A.D.) ballet at several local studios and teaches private voice lessons at her home in West Vancouver.
Sarah Sankovic ARAD, RAD, RTS

Sarah is a Vancouver trained dancer and teacher. As a student, she successfully completed all her Royal Academy of Dance exams, including Advanced 2, earning her Associate with the R.A.D. and levels 1-3 in both Classical and Character of the Dance Education Syllabus.
In addition to classical ballet, she has trained in all styles of dance including working with many international guest teachers at various workshops, seminars, Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, and the Alberta Ballet School of Dance. She also performed soloist and principal roles with Royal City Youth Ballet productions of The Nutcracker, Coppelia and Cinderella.
Sarah’s professional credits include touring and performing with the Alberta Ballet Company and training and performing with Ballet BC’s mentor program.
Sarah has been a Royal Academy of Dance certified teacher since 2002, completing the 3-year teacher training program through R.A.D. and being awarded a mark of Distinction. She currently teaches and coaches students for ballet exams and competitions and is a mentor for the R.A.D. teacher program, helping to train new teachers. Sarah has also completed Pilates teacher training to receive her Pilates Mat certification and is also certified to teach Progressing Ballet Technique (PBT).
